This drill is called Rock Stars. This is a great drill to promote proper lunging technique, but also we’re going to give you some good thoracic rotation. Okay? So we’re going to have Brie do a good lunge here. Knee stays behind your toe. She’s going to grab her thigh and she’s going to turn back like she’s looking at the crowd, rock star. Okay? Up, neutral spine. Good lunging pattern. Big, big, big, big turn. Let’s hold for a couple seconds. It’s also good drill to work on some of your balance. And let’s go back here. So we want to focus on, first and foremost is the lunging pattern. Knee stays behind the toe. We drop straight down, keep a neutral spine, grab that thigh, turn and look back around.
